Conference Speaker: Maria Durso

Years of loneliness, abuse, drugs and hidden pain could have left her hopeless and alone...yet God kept and preserved Maria Durso’s life; and having known their pain she gently ministers to those whose hurt lies deep in the heart. Marvelously witty, Maria is a brilliant and insightful speaker and a magnificent complement to her husband, Senior Pastor Michael Durso’s ministry. Together they have ministered since 1985 at Christ Tabernacle, the first church to be birthed from Brooklyn Tabernacle. She has three sons who are in ministry and seven grandchildren.

2007 Womens Conference

The Women’s Conference was a great success. The speaker, Dr. Brenda Robinson, did a tremendous job. Her life’s story and testimony were a great encouragement to the PFWB Ladies. Everyone left the conference with a greater determination to keep on trusting in the Lord.

2006 Womens Conference

October 13-14, 2006

Speaker: Sheri Hawley

Thank you ladies, and each one who attended the Women’s Conference. The worship unto the Lord, your smiles, and your enjoyment were all so special! Sister Sheri Hawley was greatly received and enjoyed being with us. Sister Kristen King, Brother Randy Barker, and the worship team; Brandon Barker, Adam McConnell, and Johnathan Taylor, were great! The selection of songs, the music, and singing was greatly enjoyed.

The Powerpoint by Ashley Blackburn and sound by B.B. Nations were a job well done! Jan Squires and Cathy Lanier served along with the Women’s Ministries Board members in planning for this event. Their prayers and time helped make our first Women’s Conference a success!
