Rev. Dennis Williams began a new church in the Jacksonville area in 2005. They had their first Gathering Service on November 13th, 2005 with 34 in attendance.

In January of 2006, Dock Hobbs had a great experience while visiting The Family Worship Center with Pastor Dennis and Pat Williams. There were 18 present in their core group at the Sunday evening service that Rev. Hobbs attended.

In March of 2006 the Family Worship Center church plant found a meeting place near Jacksonville, NC.

June 2007 Update: Pastor Dennis and Pat Williams report that they have closed this work at this time. Knowing Brother Dennis and Pat, it is in their hearts to see another church planted in the Jacksonville N.C. area. Continue to pray that God will open every door for them and the work in the Jacksonville area.
