Wake Pointe Church was planted by Reverend Randy Carter in Raleigh, NC in April of 2005.

In April 2006, Wake Pointe Church had “Friends Day” with 75 in attendance with two cell groups each week.

ROLESVILLE COMMUNITY CHURCH LAUNCH SUNDAY A SUCCESS!

Thousands of dollars, hundreds of phone calls, dozens of mailings, and untold hours of work...so, was it worth it?

On Sunday, September 16th  Rolesville Community Church celebrated its "Launch Sunday" and had its largest Sunday attendance since the small core group of about 30 began meeting nearly three years ago. On Launch Sunday there were 68 adults in the sanctuary and another 13 children and adults in the children's department for a total of 81. Pastor Randy estimates that there were 20 new adults in the service that day as a direct result of a phone campaign. One of the best things is that all of the visitors filled out a response card thus allowing the church to follow up with them. 6 out of 10 couples who filled out a card expressed an interest in small group ministry and the best number of all - 2 of the first time attendees indicated a decision to accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior!

According to Pastor Randy, "We prayed that God would send us the people He wanted us to have at this time and apparently, He knew we needed 10 new families. Now, it is our prayer that God will enable us to incorporate these precious families into our church family."

DECEMBER 2009 UPDATE

Pastor Randy Carter reports that Rolesville Community Church is continuing to see growth. The church meets in the Rolesville Office Complex each Sunday. On many Sundays the attendance is going over 70 people. Continue to pray for growth in all of our church plants throughout the organization.

JUNE 2009 UPDATE

Pastor Randy Carter is still experiencing continued growth in his church in Rolesville N.C. with an average of nearly sixty attending each Sunday.  Randy is working with the Arts Corporation in Raleigh to help support his income. Arts are a company that helps build churches or additions.  Since this a commission only employment, please pray that God would bless Randy as he seeks to support his income and still develop his church.  He recently asked that we would pray also for other employment that would allow him to do the work of the ministry and also to give him additional income to support his family.  Randy is a servant who is worthy of our prayerful support.

DECEMBER 2008 UPDATE

Pastor Randy Carter and the WakePointe PFWB Church had an afternoon in the park. The church just relocated to Rolesville, NC just north of Raleigh.   It is a community with 14 subdivisions in the planning.  Already 18,000 cars travel this community daily with an expected population explosion in the next five years.  Commercial sites are going up everywhere in anticipation of the coming surge of people to Rolesville, NC.   Rolesville Community Church will be there to minister and welcome the influx of people with a relevant message to speak into their lives the Word of the living God.

The afternoon in the park at Rolesville was a time of fellowship but more importantly it was a call to prayer partners across our denomination to join in an afternoon of prayer for the ministry and city.  Some 30 plus people attended and stood under and around a shelter praying for God to breathe upon Rolesville and the WakePointe ministry.  It was a time of excitement. Since that time Pastor Randy Carter reports that God has sent four new families to the church. On November 16th Randy reported that they had fifty-five at the service.

JANUARY 2009 UPDATE

ROLESVILLE COMMUNITY CHURCH began its services at the Rolesville Town Center on January 4th with nearly fifty people attending.  Pastor Randy Carter and his congregation are excited about the area that they are now planting their church.  He had three new families to attend the service that Sunday.  Please pray for God to richly bless this church as they endeavor to reach to the newest growth area for Wake County.
