I recently went back to the Philippines in February and was honored to be able to speak at the JUNIORS-SENIORS Program. This is a time when the Seniors “hand over the reigns” of leadership to the current Junior Class.

It was a wonderful service where the Seniors reflected back on all that the Lord had accomplished in their lives, what they had learned and developed as well as a charge to the Junior class to keep the spiritual fires burning at Harvesters.

The seniors now will have to complete a one year internship program before receiving their diploma and officially being set forth in Ministry. Please keep them in your prayers.

The ministry of Harvesters is a great asset to the work in the Philippines in supplying well -trained pastors, teachers, evangelists and workers to work the FILIPINO FIELDS.

Special Thanks to Black Jack PFWB Church for their generous donation toward a copier for the PFWB— Philippines HQ. The amount was enough to actually get 2 copiers due to a “2 for 1” Sale! Praise God!!

Special Thanks to Stewarts Chapel for providing a new TRIKE to transport Harvester Students to their outreaches.

LEFT: Another common form of transport is the old fashioned TRIKE— it has 1 HP (human power)! CENTER: Rev. Joseph Benigno and myself in the FOREST on the island of NEGROS. RIGHT: Phillip Laweng and I visited the beach near the bible college and met a man who was making salt! The picture shows the end stage of the process which is boiling off of high concentrated sea water which is harvested from the ocean and processed to yield a high salt concentration . Once the water is boiled off, the salt is scooped out and put in a sack for sale. One bag of salt sells for about $5 and takes about 2 days to make.
